So I was so FLOORED today by an online companies customer service---- I just HAD to post this and give


Steve and Gun Dog Supply a "kudos"

I purchased an "anti-mating powder" --- when one of our rescue dogs that is OLD and has multiple medical issues (and we cant have her "fixed" as she likely will NOT survive the surgery) --- went into heat ......
AND a 150 lb Puppy BEar named Odin -- went into full on RUT! (this can be a HAZARDOUS -- dangerous and STRESSFULL SITUATION-- for other male dogs ....and US!!!!) -- Zoo Life-- ANYWAY--

the powder was marketed to MASK smells and other reviews claimed it worked well ---- (none of the other dogs to be fair were 150 lb Puppy BEars) ---so if your 20--30---even 50 lb male has a case of the IM GONNA KILL YOU BECUASE I WANT HER--- its NOT typically a life or death thing ----- here......it can be.

So I bought the powder -- 12.99 to the door ------------ used it as prescribed--- for 4 days -- (plus some extra!!!) it didnt do SQUAT nada nothing ----I chalked it up to a learning experince -- but I did post a review (in fairness to other Puppy BEar owners) that it didnt work for Mungo the Wonder Mutt --- perhaps I need an anti MOOSE Mating Powder........(hhhmmm.......)

ANYWAY I left it at that --- and went on with life

TODAY --- I get a FOOL refund for 12.99 to my paypal from GUNDOGSUPPLY
***I STRESS HERE I NEVER ASKED FOR A REFUND**** at all, didnt seem worth the "hassle" --

BUT I GOT ONE --- a-freaking mazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I sent them an email thanking them -- stating I was AMAZED and that I would certainly return for OTHER dog related products--

ANd they responded in kind thanking me for my business and hoping I will return. WOW-- COMMUNICATION in this world of -- well CRAP--

HOW ABOUT THAT -- an ONLINE RETAILER --- that TOOK IT ON THEMSELVES --- to REFUND an unhappy customer ............................

wow.
 
There are still places out there that take customer service serious. Happy you had a good experience with this business.

Along the same lines. Ordered three bottles of wine from our favorite New York Finger Lakes winery. We received two of what we ordered and one we didn’t. We were billed for what we ordered. It was a bummer since the one they screwed up on was the one we really wanted. Let them know since the one we ordered was a bit more than the one we got. Guy emailed me. Apologized. And proceeded to send us three for free. I would have been happy with a credit for the difference.
 
So .......................................this POSITIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE THING ,,,,,,, is a THING?!?!?!--- again FLOORED -- FLOORED in duplex! -- DOUBLE FLOORED --

I may need a robe and white russians and my rug to get really RIGHT with all this man
