I saw images of those 15 years ago while I worked at the Vette shop. Wonder what's taking so long. They had them on a few JD lawn tractors at the state fair this year.

Interesting to see when they are used in winter, with hard packed snow and ice getting packed in all those open grooves. like also affecting balance at higher speeds. They don't appeal to me , i think they are some ugly, Hope the style of tires will be the same as now , for many years to come.

They will have to incorporate some kind off protective sidewall. Otherwise, winter and gravel driving will be right out. Plus if you were to catch the internal vanes on curbs or the like it could be rather detrimental.
