Carvin Craig Chaquico CC275 with weird top issue

My Carvin Craig Chaquico CC275 has a weird look right now, I will add pix. I have a feeling I will get a lot of divergent opinions as advice but I am posting anyway cuz maybe I will hear one I never heard before or in the best possible scenario, hear from someone that has experience with the same thing on the same guitar. Or the same thing on a different or similar one.
The pix will show that there is a big section of the laquer or whatever the finish is that has separated from the guitar top around the bridge. It seems the bridge is still securely attached and the thing plays just fine. It is like a big bubble more than a quarter-inch high separation from the wood.
I don't know if I should just chip it off, maybe heat it with a hairdryer, hot rags, or whatever. Note, the bridge is not lifting at all even though the pix look like it.

I’ve got a couple of Tacoma’s that have a similar issue.

I knocked the big chunks off with my finger nail.

Hello, Tori...

It appears to be the polyurethane (clear coat) lifting away from the body. Its not harmful to the structure of the instrument.

I can see from the photo that the bridge is lifting.
However a guitar shop will usually be able to re-glue the damage.
This does happen pretty frequently and so it's not a huge undertaking.

Actually, no the bridge is not lifting at all. It only looks like that because the peeling finish is right up against it. I said above it is solid and pictures deceive. Can't even get a piece of paper under it.
