1970s - riding my banana-seat sting-ray (with sissy bar) wearing a clip on my bellbottoms so they didn't catch in the chain.
Even earlier - 1960s - turning on the B&W test pattern, then watching Agriculture USA, waiting for the Saturday morning cartoons.
