I'm not an adventuresome cook, however sometimes I just get inspired and hungry at the same time.
Got some half dollar sized scallops from the market, pre cooked some bacon to almost done, but still pliable, and wrapped em' up all nice & snug.
Then seasoned with some magic flour (chicken breader) and sautéed em' in butter.
Served em' up with rice pilaf & biscuits.
Holy cow... the scallops were so big & filling, five of em' made a meal.
Needless to say, they were pretty good and I have enough leftovers for lunch tomorrow.
