No. But I've been known to implement a proxy server or two. Sites like hidemyass.com and so forth. I've heard rumors of similar free VPN services, but haven't sought them out for myself.

The chans might prove a better place to source these sites out, but visit at your own peril. Some things cannot be unseen.
