You betcha! This ATK 200 isn't quite up to the quality of the ATK 700 I sold a while ago, but it's very playable and it sounds just as good, maybe even slightly better. The condition is very clean. I need to roll the edges of the board, but after that, it's 100% good to go.
I'm pretty certain the Ibanez design brief was: "Come up with a bass that can win over Fender, MusicMan and Rickenbacker players." They came pretty close, IMO, but every design is a compromise, so I still play a Fender Jazz Bass.
I've bought and sold a few RICs but they have some strange design choices in the bridge and neck department, not least routing out so much wood from the head to accommodate double trussrod adjustment. I played someone's Stingray back in the 1980s. I thought it was very good, but I've never quite convinced myself to buy one.
I've reached an age where my own body is the biggest limitation!
