In this particular track, Morricone uses Beethoven's trick of building on a theme, and letting the dynamics do their job. You can feel the intensity building in Tuco's heart as he is racing through the graveyard looking for Arch Stanton's grave. He builds on all the emotions mixing the beauty of the singer's voice, the lust in Tuco's heart, and the numbers of the orchestra.
