say Bobby --- (IM CURIOUS) ....... why do you run the power to the amp WAAAAAAAAY over to the left when a plug in (you know WALL HOLES) are ....uhm --- RIGHT THERE..... ???

I have a huge battery backup system that supports my entire DAW. We have a lot of wind here, 75-80mph gusts, and enough to topple big rigs on the freeway, so power outages are sometimes frequent and unexpected.

The way I am setup now, I can keep playing and recording even if we lose power altogether.
