A late homage

I've been a bit absent for a long while and hadn't posted about Robert's passing in here yet.

As many of you probably know, I am a man who takes his friendships, either face to face or on line, very seriously. I made many good, true friends in guitar forums, I won't say names because I might not mention every which one of them. Since he has passed too, I'll mention John "Biddlin" Hobbs, only. We'd talk more often than I do with several Brazilians.

Robert was one of them and regardless of the fact that we weren't friends for too long, he was one of the sweetest guys I've ever known. Always willing to help and was a great listener, with a heart the size of the Empire State.

I still miss him a lot.

Amen Sergio. Can’t agree more.

I do seem to remember a FB Messenger Group that Robert created. Rob. You. Me. And a few others. That was nice.

I do miss Robert, I spoke with him several times on different subjects guitar related.
I had been to the same guitar center in Rancho C. when I lived in Ca. though we never met in person.
He was still on a great guitar journey.
What ever he did amazed me. The Priest cover band was just the icing.

I even coincidentally was able to tour the fender plant last year where he worked. (A friend works there) Cool place to work it seems.

I met Robert through the MF, and he invited me to TTR, it turned out that we had mutual friends here in SoCal, from searching for musicians, we hit it off greatly, and we met in person numerous times.
I am also still saddened by his passing.
