So, last Saturday night I had these very good Tex-Mex style Tacos for dinner. Second to none, and smoking HOT.

That reminded me how I love Mexican food. Delicious. You just have to make sure that nobody is going to sleep in the same room after you eat these tacos. Anybody else?

Why don't we share some Chili recipes here?

I just came back "on the grid" about a week ago.
Getting out of my computer chair and back into
real life for almost a year was very good for me.
I lost weight, improved my overall condition, attitude
and got back in touch with some long lost people.
I also bought a guitar, an amplifier and some new pedals,
all of which are listed and shown in other threads.
I also have learned to not get "lost" in cyber land.
Life is good right now.
 
I can eat a bunch of taco's, man. We make up a fake taco salad. Essentially instead of the shell that's normally used you just break up Santita's type corn chips or similar and pile all the other goodies on top of it.
