Something that has worked in other forums (fora?) is to open the pic on your phone or computer and edit it ever so slightly - a minor crop perhaps - then resave. Try posting the edited version and see if it auto rotates.

Probably just like that. I am pretty sure I can get a straight line throug both pup cavities and into the control cavity. I could also probably go the other way with 2 separate holes using an angle attachment for my drill.
