Am i possibly searching for Laney tone ?
Still have my old AOR50. Still love it. In a previous post, you mentioned the heavy…but with clarity. If I keep the gain down around noon, mine gets right there. Throw a treble booster in front of it, plug in a P90 guitar(or humbuckers, if that’s what you’ve got), set the tone stack up to suit...- Thatbastarddon

Apparently, Mexico made 2004-2005. Edit….alright…that’s weird…seeing the “MADE IN USA” underneath “STRATOCASTER”…next to the Mexico prefixed serial number.- Thatbastarddon
