So, hoping this is appropriate, I became a grandfather for the first time s little over a week ago. Poppy (her name) and Pop Pop Poppy with Mom and Dad Poppy herself. This was from 2 days ago.

Perhaps it's not strictly speaking a luthier's tool, but it's what I will mostly be using it for. Works really well, by the way. I've been sanding the strat body in preparation for spraying and my bench had very little sawdust on it.

This isn't as fancy as Ray's, but as you can see from the photo, it works! Built entirely from materials on hand (Yes! I have 8mm bearings on hand - Don't ask!)
