It's nice but if this is really a prototype use brass. Much easier to modify
Don is on the right trial.

For 12 one-off parts, I'd call that very reasonable.
That is not a bad price Robert! I deal with several local shops and most would not do it. The hungry job shops will. A friend of mine Eric has Tri Angle
machine and welding. I help him with import steel specs and he gives me CNC shop time.
The roller bridge is such a great idea yet people still use the knife blade bridge
The angle? Then top wrap and go with a tunomatic bridge. The less drag and or friction on the strings helps with tone and tuning. It's not the roller, it's the less dramatic break angle....

I sent this stupid thing back because it really sucks and played with the angle on the Jazzmaster. It is called a Buzz Stop. It hides problems that should be fixed.
Here's the part you need

I've created that in Solidworks - a standard engineering package. Here's the file - any decent machine shop should be able to turn a few of those from steel rod.
Oh. When you gave me 0.035" between grooves I assumed that was centre to centre. I can remake the drawing to move them apart to 0.1" if you want.
I'm so sorry, Man...I blew that one.
When I took measurements of the actual distance between the b/e strings at the bridge, it's .100" between the two strings....
Again, my apologies for missing this!!!!!!
Can you stop the build at this point? Here it is at 0.1" between centres

It's not a roller, but infinitely adjustable...
And only forty bucks.

No, the grooves would be falling off the ends. Sorry about thatHey, Don...do you think there is room on that 0.152" wide roller for string grooves on 0.100" centers???
