That is not a bad price Robert! I deal with several local shops and most would not do it. The hungry job shops will. A friend of mine Eric has Tri Angle
machine and welding. I help him with import steel specs and he gives me CNC shop time.
I'm going to start selling the modified 12 string roller bridges...that's the plan. I am sure EVERYONE wants one...LOL!!!!

The angle? Then top wrap and go with a tunomatic bridge. The less drag and or friction on the strings helps with tone and tuning.
I sent this stupid thing back because it really sucks and played with the angle on the Jazzmaster. It is called a Buzz Stop. It hides problems that should be fixed.

When I measure the distance between the b/e strings on my 12 string bridge, I get .100" So, based on the drawing the flat between the grooves is .035?

I'm so sorry, Man...I blew that one.
When I took measurements of the actual distance between the b/e strings at the bridge, it's .100" between the two strings....

Yes! We are still hashing out minute details. We are discussing making the first prototype parts in a brass alloy to reduce cost even further. Once the brass "working models" are tested (and potentially revised) the 304 SS would be used for corrosion resistance.
