I have some form of Marsland from a Traynor cab from late 60s. Huge AlNico magnet. Does it look like this?I actually do. It’s in the box the V30 came in.

You need another spare amp, what if one breaks during a set?

Mine does not. I’ll send you a photo. Gotta get it out of the closet it’s been hiding in.I have some form of Marsland from a Traynor cab from late 60s. Huge AlNico magnet. Does it look like this?

No hurry. Just curious. This thing is a monsterMine does not. I’ll send you a photo. Gotta get it out of the closet it’s been hiding in.
I have been taking my 60waft Taurus stomp amp as a backup. 2 channel plus boost, small. I am putting the little 6505 MH in the band trailer as a backup. If we play somewhere with PA I then take the Taurus. The funny thing is, I do always bring a spare, just in case. I used to bring the beater Laney ss combo. My go-to rig for my main band (the only band up and running currently, and even that is on a short hiatus while I recover from a 7-hour abdominal surgery) is my Sovtek 50W head into my Risson 4x12 (badged "Krashall" because I couldn't find a replacement logo for it):

So when I use that rig, I'll bring the MOSFET Lead 100 model 3210 as backup head. I've also used the Ampeg Reverberocket 2x12 for that band, and it worked a charm, so as backup for that I'll probably bring the Marshall 75W 5275 combo, as its very compact and lighter than my DSL 40C. At some point I want to try out the Bassbreaker 2x12 for a live show, and again would use the Marshall 5275 as backup.
Another recent big-gun experiment for outdoor shows that sounded great, but is very hefty, is pairing the DSL 40C 1x12 combo with my Marshall 4x10 model 1510 cab (technically a bass cab):

Again, with that rig the Lead 100 MOSFET would be the backup. (Note in pic-- I forgot to tell the sound guy to mic the 12 in the DSL rather than a 10 in the big cab, but it worked out OK; still, lesson learned, won't happen again.)
Choices are fun!
Wow, it really is. The MosValve I sold had a 12" E/V with a giant magnet, but I don't think it was that big.No hurry. Just curious. This thing is a monster

Choices indeed are fun!
I choose to have a Guinness tonight for St Pattys.
Teetering dangerously close to the edge I say. You’re absolutely spot on!!! The number of available amp heads is woefully dwarfed by the sheer cornucopia of available combo amps! Some might call that situation recklessly risky….not me…..but “some”….
Balance will, naturally, require restoration…more amp heads must be procured…to avoid imminent disaster, of course.Teetering dangerously close to the edge I say.

What a huge pile of goodness, right there.I love my amps. They're more of how a guitar sounds than one would think. They all sound different paired up in different combinations. Some better, some not. All good fun.
Just because I love this picture (my cellar hasn't been this orderly since this day).

My wife does not mind me spending money on toys. It's rare that I do, or in the grand scheme of things I spend very little. I am a bit of a cheapskate, and try to only buy stuff when it crosses my path at a nice price or if it is absolutely needed at the time. This summer will be thirty years since we met and started dating.

Not sure if you were posting to me, but if so, yea ..almost like two unicorns being that they are in perfect shape and came up available in a rather short span between one another. Before their price skyrocketed as well. I can still pinch myself over getting the LE blue one.Dude!
Well done. That is a bit of effort gathering them up.
