NBUAD:

Thank you Ramo, I love Metallica! When they played in Abu Dhabi at Yaz Marina I could hear them a few miles away rooftop of my high rise at the time, I didn't have tickets, it was muffled but I could still hear them  I wish I could play as well as you, you're very talented!
Now you are my friend!!!!! Metallica is the best band ever!!!!!!
Must have been cool to hear them play even tho it was muffled :)
I never seen them live, I know ( shame on me)… man, their songs speak to me
, I just cant explain it how :)

Im very humbled by you comment, I dont agree but I will take the compliment.

Been practicing today and my left hand refused to cop orate with my right hand. For sone reason nothing worked I got frustrated and put the guitar down… :) I will try again soon.

Im trying to do the sweeps and learning Holy war.

I know the feeling, Their tone goes deep into the bones and soul.
I too have left hand issues, I lacerated my tendons in my left forearm, (construction accident) it's amazing I can even play at all.. I am too stubborn to switch to left handed play but have been seriously contemplating it lately... my suggestion on the two hands not playing well together... slow it down super slow, change your dynamics or hard pressure/soft pressure and alternate picking.. slowly bring that tempo up until you find your glitch area and like I say "iron that :poo: out" :) slow it down, you imprinted a pattern that has a glitch, find where it is and iron it out :)
Sorry to hear about the accident. Maybe it will be easier for to play left?

I too had some health issues ( stroke) last year and ever since my brain has not been the same. When I talk it takes me few min to make sentences and find right words especially if I speak in English. Taking meds not helping either…

I play as slow as I can with metronome, ascending is ok decent is the problem. When I pull off with pinky into index finger followed by ring and middle finger. Problem is from index to middle finger that 3 note.

Oh my thats a huge challenge but speaking multiple languages and playing music no doubt saved you from having a worse time and should be the ticket going forward as well. Since you know the trouble area and finger combo, iron that :poo: out with legato combinations / scales super slow with that metronome. is your pinky too slow? or you said middle finger from index? you know what to do more than I do just be patient while you rewire and imprint, make sure to do it perfect and super slow as to not skip over or imprint the wrong motion. Ever look into juggling or this system that formula one drivers use? "blaze pod" for reaction time? this maybe some good therapy for you. Look up Blaze pod on Amazon I cant send those links here..
I speak 3 languages fluently, some dialect and very broken Greek.

As far as fingers goes, its that combo the problem. Pinky feels a bit wired and not listening in some situations.

I need more practice:)

My right hand is fast but need make left fast too.

impressive!
yeah the pinky / ring finger combo gets everyone, time to slow it down Ramo :) and work that pinky, it's the pull off thats getting you right? muting the string? super slow down mode with no mistakes, dynamics with pressure, try running scales vert. and horizontal with just those trouble makers using legato... and iron that :poo: out :) you got this Ramo
This video is from way back like 12y ago. The scale im doing there is what im working on now to make it fast.

Very fluid sweeping, just amazing playing
ya know things may never be the same as they were 12 years ago, that was a moment in time right? going forward try not to fit yourself into an old box, instead transcend into a new you maybe? try not to cram a square peg into a round hole, timelines and milestones just enjoy the journey as you repair yourself. Goals and perseverance is one thing to admire but remember to enjoy where you are at now :)
