Great bass. A jam I used to play at had an Ibanez bass. Not sure the model but it rocked. It had active pickups which you could turn off. Sounded great on or off.

Everything ever had out of the FujiGen factory has been stunning. This thing is a sheer joy to play, able to make power chords very easily & it sounds evil in a good way !! The neck is slightly rolled & it is very balanced yet light weight. This def does the classic sounds in Standard tuning & is a hair old school compared to my SR2EX.

I have a 91 540SLTD made in Fujigen and it's on another level from similar era guitars. Better made that any newer Ibanez I've played over the last 30 years. Didn't realize there was Fuji basses or I would have gone for one of those for sure.
How do those pickups sound?
