Very nice! Interesting too - I have never played a cedar guitar and not even sure I have seen that in specs. Sure looks nice.

Spanish Cedar is not from Spain and quite honestly, it isn't really a cedar either. Originally, up until the early 1990's, Spanish Cedar was most commonly sourced from South American countries. The tree is from the mahogany family, Meliaceae, a family that also counts the true Mahogany "Swietenia macrophylla", African Mahogany, Sapele and Sipo.

The Banshee's seem to be very popular. There are quite a few pro's playing them such as Matt Schofield and Walter Becker. It ships tomorrow and I can't wait to get it!
 
I received the Kauer today and all I can say is WOW! This thing is so incredible I just can't
believe it! The thing is flawless and the workmanship is unbelievable! This is by far the best
guitar I have ever laid hands on...I am so stoked to have this one. My Ian Anderson will be done
next month and I hope it rivals this build! The Custom Wound Wolftones are very nice, but
I may throw the Seymour Duncan Joe Bonamassa Set in this one???

It's looking like a long term resident at this point...I think my R8 Gibson would go before this one...
 
Just noticed this thread. Wow... what a beautiful guitar. That has to be one of the nicest figured maple tops that I've ever seen. All the other features of your Kauer are spectacular, too.
