and here I am having my patience ripped apart waiting for a Bass drum to get here from Charlottesville Virginia.
The seller shipped it thru his work, ( I think Crutchfield) who sent it UPS. It was supposed to be here Monday, but on Monday I found out it went from VA to Louisville KY for some reason on its way here to Baltimore MD, NOW I get UPS updates it isn't due here till Tomorrow. WTF
 
oh man --- you need to ppost up on that in the drum section--- as I recall it IS A DRUM WORTH WAITING FOR!
 
silver sparkle rogers kick.jpg Adrian, the drum is a Vintage Rogers 22 inch kick, but it will need work to make nice looking and some missing parts purchased in order to make it playable and part of my existing fixer upper kit I am hoping to make my "player" and practice kit.

Lotus "licensed by Steinberger" headless. Needs work, but it plays. I had to take the head piece off to remove the truss rod nut to lubricate it to get it to work, but I've got the neck pretty straight now. I think it could use new pots and wiring as it cuts out a bit.

There's lots of rust and oxidation in the pup poles and mounring screws, but a pup swap (@$100+ for a set, minimum) isn't in the cards right now. The tuners are like buttah!

But, yeah, we shall rewire it.

I would not swap them. I have "stuff" that might work.
