So after my Ibanez Weeping Demon kicked the bucket, it was only a matter of time before I’d buy another wah pedal.

Either October 9th or 10th I should have a dimebag Darell crybaby from hell.

Well, I broke a string on my jackson today...but it lasted for MONTHS so i cant be too mad, so i decided to play around on an old guitar of mine, while i was doing that. my pedal finally came! so i immediately put that guitar away, i was going to try the pedal out with the jackson but....broken D string, so i grabbed my Judas Priest axe! I just plugged it straight up to my amp and just let it rip on the settings that it was set to straight from the box.

I was close to going with the Friedman No More Tears but heard that its really audible when you engage it, then the rocker sometimes doesnt have a smooth action, then looked at the kirk hammet wah, from what i read it actually sounds good but it has a short sweep.. so moved on. Thought about the cantrell but the vast options on the CFH is what won me over.

I think the spring finally gave out in the rocker of the ibby so now it sits half cocked, you have to rock it back to disengage it and the action is no longer smooth, feels jerky to me. I think it was time for a new one anyways and im much prefering the sound of this crybaby.
