Closest I can figure is; They were made in Mexico, sent to China for whatever, probably the printing and sent to the US for collating the strings.

This is probably why after China offered to buy 800 million of farm equipment as reparations for their tariff's on US goods, the when t-RUMP got back to the USA from China he immediately reneged on the agreement and put a tariff on Chinese goods! They steal our " intellectual property " (research) and build dangerous cheap faulty products to the US. The media did not seem to play that up much. They all seemed to say what s s*^!&*g he is. They didn't see the forest for cause the trees! That much high tech, well made farm equipment would eliminate the need for our farmers products. And now I've seen

So was my original figgerin kinda close? If you look you'll find $2or less sets of guitar strings with free shipping! Even PURE nickel if they even understand that concept and what it means …. Yada Yada Yada

The trade predicament we are in was caused by the greed of US companies who moved production out of the US, not China. They were simply the recipients of a gift that US business got for them and the US government wrapped up with a bow. The man fooling around with tariffs lacks the most basic understanding of global trade and is harming our economy.

But as far as the strings, what I see on the 150 pack is the wire and ball-ends are manufactured in the US, then shipped to Ensenda where the materials are assembled into final strings. If China is involved it is for the printing of the packaging. On the 250, it's hard to read anything into the fact that the shipper is in another country. Someone can buy in bulk and ship from anywhere - they aren't only shipping to the US, they are shipping all over the World, so why not China?

teetering close to a political rant thread here, but I'll just say that I believe
our "leaders" and their corporate masters have betrayed the interests of our
country badly, and for at least the last forty five years... the giant sucking sound
has been made by jobs and capital leaving our country in the name of profit.

The Chinese don't give two hoots about us, it's many other nations that
actively hate us. And they don't care if we put tariffs on their products, because
the tax will be paid by the people of our country, not the Chinese.
Epiphone will make the same amount of money on guitars they ship here,
but the price to the buyer will go up, to cover the tariff tax, so who pays the
tariff is the hard working and underpaid guitarist.

All the " handwired " amps from every major corporate concern are all made in China by the same company! That came down to me from a high corporate level ...
Yes it's true.
There is a city in China that makes all the amps and guitars, then different name badges are attached. But they are all made in one place.
Vox, Crate, Behringer, etc...it's all made from the same parts by the same workers.
