My goodness Chris, that is a beautiful instrument.

Oh yea you could! Thanks! I put 10's on it so I'm sure you could drop tune it a little...
Sp8ectre , that looks amazing . The neck is quite an addition to the look .I've mentioned in another thread that I am building a Completely Blacked Out Strat. Well most of the parts are here so I'm starting the thread.
I'm using a Vintage Modified Strat for my starter. I will add all the Black parts and end up with the finished Blackout! I'm still waiting for the pickguard.
I may leave the pickups uncovered since they are Black already...
The bonus is the Squier neck. I have another Squier Classic Vibe loaded body in a nice Sherwood Green that will receive the old neck off my VM Strat!
So...when I'm done I'll have two for the price of...well maybe two?
Here are a few pics of both.
The sticker removal left some residue and I'm not sure I can bring myself to remove the GOT MILF sticker...

In honor of the first named Black Hole I dub my Blackout Strat Pōwehi or just M87 for short...
In collaboration with astronomers, a Hawaiian language professor has now given M87* a more poetic name.
It's 'Pōwehi', and it means "embellished dark source of unending creation", which sounds... pretty spot on.
Lopaka Pakalolo sounds like some good pot. I wonder if it's available at the local cannabis dispensary...I had a Hawaiian friend who called me Lopaka Pakalolo
Sounds like another word for “Johnson” what would be ” lowhangindoenthingy” lmaoIn honor of the first named Black Hole I dub my Blackout Strat Pōwehi or just M87 for short...

Mary Jane Cultivator huh...do tell...
Now you need a big ole farmers hat to go with your Hendrix head gear!We always made up nicknames. Lopaka is Robert in the native dialect and Pakalolo slang for weed...or so I am told.

Funny, because I was never a pot guy. The smell nauseated me....but we joked about being under the influence of drugs, selling drugs, etc.
