Thanks. It was a lot of work, but I learned a lot. Also, not only is it a great player, I have a connection with it that cannot be bought!Superb effort, well done, Sir.
Not an easy build, but ended up great.

Thank you!! These McCarty pups clock in at about 8.1K ohms for the neck and 8.9 for the bridge. They are rather high output despite this seemingly vintage ohm reading. The neck is warm , bordering on dark, which makes the bridge sound a bit bright, or maybe it is a bit bright. There is a drop in output when split, but they do not sound like single coils. I will post a clip tomorrow.Very very nice, RVA. Not only one-of-kind, but very special, too.
Can you describe it's sound? Maybe something similar to some of your other guitars or other experiences?
Thank you! Intonation is spot on. That had me nervous since it was my first bridge install! Measure twice, cut once!holy smokes, that came out nice. That hardware is a perfect match . That neck came out nice too. How's the intonation?
Way to go.

Thanks! The holes are different sizes. I cannot handle any more fixes!!You guitar is looking great Ray and I'm glad it's up and running! But one thing...the 3-way selector switch should be in-between the volume & tone knobs so you won't hit it by accident when you're picking. Maybe you like it that way...no?

Thank you!I know how difficult this procedure is. Well done!!!!

Thanks! I record with StudioOne software, which links directly with Soundcloud. There is a free version of the StudioOne available. Now that's very Jimi Hendrixy right there Ray. The guitar sounds really good especially when you switch the tones up and you can here the difference and such. It has a real nice clean tone which counts in my books. BTW...I have an account on SoundCloud but I'm not sure how to upload what file and such. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
