I've been banned from the Marshall Forum...

Now, now, the 6" script logo is worth, like $25...

You're actually right. It's bad when the logo on the front is the most valuable part of the amp. Marshall logos are known to break, too; the strongest point of the CODE is the weak spot of the real amps.

It's a shame the CODE's aren't more recognizable. It would be fun to gut one and knock up a little Champ circuit or something to put in there just to confuse people.

I tried over there, it took me like a week to even try to sign back in. I can't hang , too AI'y for me. I only signed in to comment on pat rocks Strat thread, is he over here, we need a good Brown Sound thread.

I asked him, twice. I honestly think the penny hasn't quite dropped yet. On the other hand, pitbull and the regular dwellers of his echo chamber are still over there arguing about the blend of AlNiCo metal used in the pickups and the rest of the nonsense. C'est ca.

Also, I can't remember who said it, but someone commented that the site now looks like a domain landing page... I nearly spat coffee before agreeing...

Right. Did you see cross's comment about Ken? He personally attacked him after he banned him, so that Ken had no ability to defend himself. It was rather disgusting behavior for a moderator who always discouraged shetting on members who were banned.
Ken Underwood was banned? Good lord.... I wondered how he was doing....

To folks here without deeper knowledge of Marshall's history; Ken Underwood is one of the three guys who designed and build THE first Marshall in the fall of 1963, the one that was bought by Pete Townsend for 110£. The Marshallforum banned their true royalty without whom there might not be Marshallforum. IMO, that's weapons grade insanity.
I wonder if there's any way to reach him. What did he supposedly do?

I know a guy and he uses a class D pedal sized amp and goes straight in from his pedalboard. He's a bit of a fuzz fan, so that's where he's getting the gain from. It works well for him. Practice trumps theory, right. As it happens, he's looking for another amp but not because he can't get this to sound good.

See that type of stuff would really not fit in well here. IMO.

Rik Emmett used a Line 6 Pod GO into a Roland Cube 80 for the current Triumph tour. Obviously run through FOH. Sounded great in the stadium.
