I may be totally off base here, but I've noticed more than a few absences since the Battle of the Bands thread. To me, tensions were running high at times. It also occured to me the age differences here. What decade you grew up in generally dictated your taste in music. You have to admit, there are a lot of Boomers here, myself included. I miss those guys. They made me laugh and blew me away with their talent.

Boomers you say? Hell, I'm nearly pre Boomer.

We are a pretty diverse group. Both in age and in taste in music. Personally, I still think the mid 60s-mid 70s is still the best music. But I also like the Masters like Mozart. And I like much of the newer tunes. I have a Playlist on my phone titled Big Band Music. And I feel a lot of us fall into that same bucket. Yes, we have a favorite genre.... but also enjoy other genres. Even our very own @Ramo busts out an acoustic guitar every now and then. Love it every time he does.

The non stop ZZ Top posts were a little irritating.

The "Battle of the Bands" was epic!
I'm hoping that @TVvoodoo will consider doing a "Country Music Battle of the Bands" in the future. Yes? NO? There's a ton of country music artists and fans up there in Canada.
Or should I just shut up now?
Your opinion matters.
