Dave Mustaine says .....

Though I respect Dave, he's one of these guys who talks ad nauseum to this very day about how wrong it was for Metallica to fire him without any second chances. Yet, the guy has a laundry list of bandmates he's fired including most notably his own bassist and founding member David Ellefson, twice ( which the second firing, is just a whole other can of worms and I can understand that one). Megadeth is a solo project and has been since the Rust in Peace Line up ended ( which that was already the 3rd line up).

He's quite the hypocrite when it comes to crying about firings

I have seen a video , most of you probably have where kiko is goofing around in the studio. Dave did not seem amused.
Dave is kind of doing what he wants.
The time Kiko took off was around September.

The video I posted could be a hoax.
I have no way of knowing but Kiko can not grow as guitarist if he is in a box so to speak.He eludes to doing his own stuff.

I feel like it might be something to note, that the channel's name is trolliumTV...and that the video was published way back on January 20, 2023, at least several months before Kiko actually took off for a while...

I think he was talking about some of his solo work in that clip, maybe.

But, knowing how Dave is, he may just say "welp, I'm liking the new guy. I'm keeping him for a while, so Kiko's out."

No warning. No second chance. Lol

The video with Keiko is from a couple of days ago. Truthfully, he sounded hurt and surprised.

But that is what being a guitarist in Megadeth is all about....... being let go and finding out about it on social media.
