Quick update, yes, there will be FoH, everything is getting mic'd. Good news there.
Our drummer and bass player are also in another band together, they're going on right before us. Or bass player is their drummer, and our drummer is their guitar player.
They're getting back together after a bunch of years and have begun practicing in our space. So that's kinda fun. Last band practice, there were a couple strangers in the room....kinda felt like a small performance lol
Knowing that these strangers were also musicians made me nervous lol
But we killed it anyway.
I'm starting to get excited a bit. This is gonna be awesome!

This is fun to watch, that ratty old DIY stage makes an appearance in this video, as well as our bass player, except he's on guitar in some of these shots, he's the lefty. This is Desolate:
And this is Damaged Goods (going on right before us), on drums is Justin (our bass guy) and Eric, our drummer, is on guitar. I think they booted that vocalist and got a new bass player.
Pretty sure these dudes are working this so that they can play live as much possible lol

Not actually sure if they booted their vocalist or if he bailed on them....what I do know is sometimes I hear them talk about him using words like "dick" and stuff...lol
Anyway, another local project called Ironwood. All these guys in these bands know each other and have played with each other ... sorta reminds me of the SoCal desert scene that gave us Kyuss, QotSA, etc...I think that "dick" is fronting this band.
I kinda laugh when I see this crap, but then I ask myself, "well, mcblink, how many music videos have YOU made??" ....and then I tend to shut up.
