all in the nut --- yep there she blows ....wait what forum is this ?

If you set up a Bigsby, according to Bigsby specs, it will not return to pitch beyond 10 to 15 degrees of bar movement.

If I set it up my way, with nut cut with 7 angles, like my Stratocaster, it will return to pitch even if pressed all the way to the pickguard.

11 semitone Stratocaster divebomber with a non- locking tremolo system.

It's not string trees (I don't use them, and neither does Charvel) and it's not locking tuners...it's in the nut.
