What’s on the Grill

I grill all year. In winter I have to pick my days living in northern Illinois. I think the day I did these it was in the 30s. Before and after quite cold. I have grilled in single digits… but there can’t be wind.
I actually like getting the smoker going when it's all cold and wintery outside, but this year I just haven't felt much like it. Probably overdid it for a while last summer lol

Literally every weekend and sometimes a day or two in between. I think I smoked myself out for a while lol

I have one of those upright barrel water smokers. Once it starts cooling off, I have real problems getting it hot enough to cook properly. I suppose I could do a two day long cold smoke. :pound-hand:

Not a grill but definitely a deep fryer.
Deep fried Crappie made with Pringles sour cream and onion potato chips, flour, seasoning salt, onion salt, garlic salt and made into a beer batter.
The good news is, it was incredible as usual, the bad news is, I am out of Crappie but good weather is on the way and the Crappie should start biting soon.
