The SG is one of the very best playing and best sounding, with excellent sustain and low microphonics.
I think of Dickey Betts and the Gibson DB SG.

I have tickets to see Eric Johnson this coming April. Though I very much lIke his Strat sound, I’d like to see him use his SG for a couple of tunes.

Thats a guy who never gets enough respect. I really like his playing and style. More enjoyable than Joe Bonamassa in my opinion
