Oh ok Ray got ya on the neck inserts. Uses more like a machine screw i presume over old wood screws.

Goo, I had to do the inserts in my Jackson RR3 in order to keep the neck straight in the pocket ( which kept shifting with the factory wood screws and plate) Once I put the inserts in and used machine screws and Jackson Plate, the side to side free play was eliminated.

But see Chilli thats what i love about bolt necks you can correct some allignment issues were as with a set neck you either reset the neck or put up with the miss allignment issues.
