I have a DT SG but never have played it.

Nothing. The original glue was pretty hard and not flaking, so all the little micro ridges just added more surface area for the very thin coat of gorilla glue. Time will tell….

I just moved these two upper cabinets and microwave over and installed the spacer the morons forgot to put in 15 years ago. Now the microwave door opens all the way. I'm going to adorn something now and muse for a while. I'll post a picture when I decide what to play.

You could have just turned the microwave upside down and it would have opened just fine. And as a bonus it would also match all of your upside down guitars. In fact, you could go for a complete upside down decor there.

You know, if it didn't have the spinning glass plate inside it might work. I never use the thing anyway other than for the clock and timer.

Back on track. I am adorning the V. I plugged it straight into my 50 watt Lead head, turned it up to 6 and entertained the squirrels for a while.

I've been playing my new Classic Vibe 70s Telecaster Thinline. I got the natural finish because the body is Maple on this one. It needs a new switch... It's wonky. The pickups actually sound good. I know they are not true WRHBs though. I'm going do some research about replacements. It's a nice guitar for the $.

Does loosening the strings that much present any issues for you? I get thrown off by a half step detune

It’s a whole step down from my usual tuning. It’s a little squishy, but manageable to me. I do have to adjust a bit.
