This is one of our older branch offices. They refuse to modernize and are having a hard time handling the work load. We've been telling them for years that plumbing is the wave of the future, but do they listen to us at HQ...?

I've done jobs with these guys before. They do their best work in large areas with an unrestricted backswing. That's key to getting the full leverage you need to mow down those big dogs.
