I got sent to my 1st grade school picture day in a damn plaid vest, plaid bowtie and the day before, i fell off the bus and scrapped my nose and forehead. So the picture has me giving this uncomfortable "smile" where it actually hurt and i looked like f#cking Steve Urkel from Family Matters.

Does that mean i get to sue my parents for sending me and the school board for publishing such an abysmal, emotionally destructive photo? Doubtful, but its more valid than this dude's bogus claim lol
