What's the worst beer you've ever tried?

My preferred drin is 12 year old Scotch, straight up.

Now that's where we disagree.

I really tried to educate myself in Scotch. And I thought I liked that stuff. Collected Laphroaigs, Taliskers, Macallans, Lagavulins and all that regal stuff just to find out that I just didn't like any of it. To me they all taste like alcohol. Laphroaig is like alcohol with burnt car oil.

Now, pour a shot of a nice Kentucky Bourbon and we're talking. That's MY whiskey.

Makers Mark is my favorite in that department.

Im a strangebird: I only like middle shelf to top shelf liquor ( though i never buy top shelf cause let's face it, im a chiseler lol) and will NOT drink the gasoline tasting bottom shelf poop.

But when it comes to wine or beer? Oh dear god, im just a slice above a Sterno drinking Wino . I prefer the low budget 20:1. There ARE limits, like I wont drink Milwaukee's Best, Hurricane or Busch. But Mickey's, Old Milwaukee, Strohs, Hamm's Pabst, Narragansett, Miller High Life? F$!# yeah let's party! Class to me is Coors Light if that's any gauge lol. I do like some imports like Newcastle Brown Ale, Guinness, Pacifico, Tecate, Negra Modelo to name a few.

Wine? There's hardly a bottom. Twist cap $3 Buck Chuck over any $30 and up cork poop lmao

im not drinking anything for awhile.....hell im really not supposed to be drinking anything because of the heart meds. but i screwed around and got into the paisano the other night and got hammered. still paying for it.

I think I remember you from another place (if I can call that shithole a forum, that is), and I remember vaguely you posting about a health issue. What happened to you?

Pretty much anything brewed in the United States is either a migraine in a bottle/can. Unless, it's a micro brew, then it has the texture of old bong water. Harpoon IPA is the rare exception, as it is more like Bass Ale (if it survived the journey here to the rebel colonies). Too many chemicals in American beer, and skimping on proper yeast, and using sugar should be punishable by slow, painful death. You also need to be far north as possible for good water, so Mexico is certainly out.

I tend to prefer German or Czech Pilsners (or Märzen and Maibocks), unless I'm in England. Then it has to be an ESB from a cask.

By far, the worst beer I ever had was in Honduras. Took one sip from the bottle, handed it back to the bartender, and asked for tequila.

i had heart failure and sept. 27 damn near bit it. stayed in 6 days.....they shocked me to get my heart right.
back to ER in oct.....then again in nov and had to be shocked again.
jan 28 they replaced my aortic valve, and the heart has been slowly but surely getting stronger.

To the original question, Coors Light. It is the most pointless thing ever made. I have literally opted for water when it was the only “beer” available.

I’m an IPA drinker. The pinier and hoppier the better.

Oh, and Scotch. I really love Scot
