NGD! Look at my new TELE! Calling Ramo.....

Helter, you have no idea how much I have been tempted to pick up a Charvel here recently but was mostly hunting V shaped guitars so I passed up even looking at them. That Charvel of yours is sweeet looking. What trem is on it?
that is a kahler trem. that charvel is long gone....the pic is not the actual guitar i had, but mine was exactly like it. i bought it at rhythm city in atlanta in 1986. it was made in japan i believe back when the company was charvel/jackson. i ended up accidentaly breaking the end off, including the first tuning peg. ended up getting rid of it soon after and getting a tele shaped just like a strat in 1987. i still have this tele.

You kind of look like John Sykes in this pic :)

Ramo, I sure hope I can get the RR3 from JT and it not take too much to get the adjustments and restoring it needs to be ready for years and years of metal. It sure looks pretty bad all black n all.

I can almost hear it.

I just can't resist a clip or 2

I dig yellow...

This 1959 Sears Silvertone (Danelctro U1) has a sort of Tele-shape to it. I restored it in 2011 and gave it back to Mom as a Mother's Day Gift.

I couldn't afford a better guitar back then, so I put a crazy paint job on it and installed a Duncan Quarter Pounder.

It was painted 1969 Dodge code F8 Dark Green Metallic with Gold Stripes.

I don't know what the Asian characters said, I just copied them off a Chinese calendar my Mom got from a local restaurant called Gang Sue's, where I grew up in Porterville, California.

I only had 18 frets, so I learned to play solos in different keys.

Friday, I (finally) got a haircut and the young girl asked me how I wanted my haircut. I showed her this picture and said "like this."
