Im not that impressed honestly. One of the few times i think i favored the Jackson and im a devout Gibson guy

This is bad news......
I dont think that V suits him or megadeth, Gibson moving in to metal scene so they can make more money.... I bet those guitar would cost as much as buying organs for transplant...
@SG John thats why he made that choice because he is “nice” somebody give him drags and booze so he can come to his senses and start writing pissd off mussic like he did, instead of singing about his mother in law....

I'm thinking this will be as short lived as his ESP ventures. Gibson will push a "Axxion" style guitar on him, and he'll be gone. At least that's the way it should be.
As for the Gibson and Epi versions of the "V" they just don't suit DM. Not pointy enough and looks wrong. I entered the guitar world in early 1990's and the Kramer brand was just junk to me.
Glad I bought a Dean VMNT early and still have it.

I have a few Gibsons, have been wanting a Jackson for some time, has to be the 7 string V now, but I have no issues with him playing a Gibson, doesn’t mean that I am going to purchase a signature guitar.
I hope the best for both parties in this endeavor.
