They are very comfortableI have always thought Explorers were cool. I'm just not sure how comfortable they would be to recline on the couch with.
I dig the natural finish. Classic look.yep-- I use mine seated......doesnt even have STRAP BUTTONS ( I never installed them!!) ---love the thing

I love taking a project guitar and turning it into a monster player. There is just something satisfying about making a guitar punch above it's weight class.thanks --was a kit a friend started YEARS ago he got the body and neck together then lost interest it sat in a closet a year or so------then he said "if you'll finish it Ill send ya the husk"---
well -- IM NO FOOL
poo:ty pick guard will get changed one day)
mahogany body
maple neck
rosewood fb
MUSIC LILLY Tulip tuners
Epiphone 57's pups
original style wiring (thanks @CabanaBoy ) --I wanted the soldering to WORK right
the thing plays and sounds WAY above its price point
I love Explorer's shape.I have had an Epiphone Explorer pro that It has a bad balance ( neck dive). I sold it. These Gibson has a perfect balance. Also it's a great guitar to play stand up IMHO.I have always thought Explorers were cool. I'm just not sure how comfortable they would be to recline on the couch with.
They have voice commands for typing, but unfortunately not for guitar. Maybe a hands free guitar is what I need. It would certainly solve a lot of problems! My hands are pretty swollen, I'll exercise them gently in a bit and see if I can play at all. Tryping rubbish here isn't easy today...
