Please take this seriously

I take this seriously, but my mind also wanders.....

This is weirdly reminding me of the movie The Kingsman where the solution to the largely, or entirely man-made climate change / global warming crisis was to drastically reduce the human population.

This is the premise of the movie and does not reflect my opinion either way on such matters.
I just watched this as a spy / action-comedy movie recently so was in my sphere of consciousness.
I did not know the plot going in.

As an aside, it seems I got a flu shot for nothing, and it made me ill for several days.
There is no mention of the flu at all, or at least that we have seen here.

Because of masks and distancing, cleaning protocols, our flu cases here in this province were at 17 a couple weeks ago. Normally at 700 by now.
We aren't hearing about flu either. Thwt much is good! I got shot it was fine.
 
One of my co-workers that works within 30 feet from me has been absent all week, he went to get tested for Covid today. Anther tech that his desk is 10' from me left this morning with no warning. I texted him to see what happened and he told me that his wife tested positive for covid. He will be getting tested and is on a 2 week quarantine from work.
 
Grant, I am not picking on you or trying to be a know it all on EVH quote. I may also have been suffering from fatigue or eye strain and mis read the quote in the sig.

Did you change the quote like to add the " what" ? Cuz now it makes sense to me.

Seems like somebody decided to allow everyone to get infected....
they were deliberately allowing it to spread....and encouraging the spread.

This was supposed to trigger "herd immunity."
Infect Everybody ---- This was a top-government decision.
Nice going.
Unfortunately the person who made this decision --- knew nothing about immunity....or herd immunity.

I sort of expected something like this. Now you know.
