Yes. Two small holes on the back of the headstock, very shallow. Initially, I had misgivings about drilling my Schecter, until i installed one on the Jackson. The convenience was well worth it. No more hunting for the correct allens.

Hmm, maybe I’ll sew a transmitter pack pouch on to the back of a dedicated strap and keep it there. Guess I need to read up on what it need it for

To adjust bridge height, loosen the string clamp at the bridge and unlock the locking nut. Also the large 5mm allen is for neck adjustments, though its doubtful you will need to adjust it.
Then might I suggest Black Cherry????

There's nothing like a Floyd for rock solid tuning stability. Well worth the extra trouble adjusting & restringing.
I once let one of my Floydcasters languish in a closet for a year and a half. When I took it out again, It was still in perfect tune.
All of a sudden I feel like I don't have enough purple in my stable...

I had one once on one of my old FR guitars. Even tightened in, one wrench flew out at a show never to be found. I just leave them in the case.
This one is a rubber block and the wrenches are held by the rubber. I have thrown the Schecter around my head many times with zero issues....
All of my buddy Johns FR equipped instruments have them on the back of the headstock.
I always thought the factory installed them ??

Oh I see there now. Yes that would work better. I also have a multi tool in my gig bag.
Some have a screw to set tension. The Gotoh one is just a simple, rubber block. very convenient..

Congrats on the guitar, and on joining Robert's Trans Purple Burst club!
I have to say though that I don't like that green one. They call that Toxic Venom ... which strikes me as being as stupid / redundant as calling an amp 'Triple XXX' ... besides the name I just don't like the look. There are quite a few of the recent Schecter finishes that I don't like, but I do like the Trans Purple Burst.

I do the same with the Floyd ones. The Gotoh wrench holder comes with double-sided tape, what I do is position it on the guitar with just the tape, play it for a bit, adjust the tuners etc and when I am sure that I have it in the best possible position then I drill the two holes, then remove the tape and screw it down. I have one to install on my SLS next weekend after I get it back from Steve, so I will post photos of the process on here so you can see how I did it. I have a fair idea of how to mount it but I didn't have time to do it before I took the guitar to Steve on Friday.

It was my impression that a Floyd system makes a guitar very stable in tuning. As for where to keep one's tools to change a string, make an adjustment etc. I would suspect Robert may want his on the guitar in case he does break a string. I think I remember reading that he is not the easiest on strings.
