Nothing wrong with that phone recording at all bro, nice and heavy, like those unison bends, gives the song a hitting strength, along with the pinch harmonics.

LRT and I have been working on a couple new ones, but we rearranged the jam space so now we're still trying to figure out how to get a halfway decent phone recording until we can get some actual recording happening. I dunno, maybe tonight we'll see if we can't get a bad phone recording or something

Check this one out bro, it’s not a new song idea, but a cover intro/ tone chase with the Dsl40c’s
 
Dammit I had just gone through the trouble of wanting to try the Tone Lab with my Origin stacks, and it sounded weak and thin, so I moved it back to where it normally goes , (the other side of the garage) and the problem was a bad instrument cable... DOH:mad::BH::bash:
 
LRT and I have added a FocusRite 18i8 to the jam room, we have used a GalaxyBook running Win 10 with Reaper.....

We have a Tascam TM-80 in one channel, and a Shure SM-58 in another, more or less in the "middle" of the room, a drum track from YouTube through a PA, and this is basically a live recording of a jam that LRT and I have just started working on. This is one of our first takes at anything using an interface... it's also one of the first tries of a new riff/jam that we've recently started dicking with.

May not be the best "mix", but it's waaaayy better than a phone recording lol

Baby steps, right? Plus, this thread needs a bumparoo....

What better place than here, what better time than now.....



 
Oh hell yea, that’s a great new bit of dickin around, and as you said Blink far better recording than the phone.
Now you need to come up with some more.....
