Dad had me work in every part of the restoration facility...chrome shop, engine/machine shop, upholstery, gauge shop, radiator shop, chassis fabrication, etc...so i learned a lot under his guidance...
Hands on is how I learned the trade...To me that is the only true way to learn the craft..

Back when cats first came out, around 1975, and GM had that big, flat, diamond-shaped converter, you could pull the cats off and get a power increase. With the modern cats we have no, there is usually zero power increase when removing them...

Gleaned a before and after dyno report of the intake from the Mustang forum...
I was actually shocked at a 12HP gain and 7 lbs/ft from just the intake with no other modifications.
