anyway, that purple body with a LOT of metallic sparkle was instant 1970's to me and then I read Robert's Schwinn bike seat comment - spot on!!!

abandoned my project...its all together but the darn neck is funky or something..($15 craigslist find) either my neck pocket is not deep enough or the neck is too thick. Since then some other strats have left the house..do love the JV mim w/tex mex.....Nighthawk takes care of most strat duties..now that i snapped a pic..looks pretty cool..did get Alnico5 pups for it

So the neck doesn't fit? Just get some sandpaper and/or routing tools and have at it! Or send it to me. If you pay shipping both ways, I will do whatever I can to make it work
