Go out last month for the once a year. for one of those type meals..been watching Gordon Ramsey tear cooks a new one. on TV, His specialty is Beef Wellington. We got this & Cherries Jubilee..yes the patrons looked at us funny...it was excellent ..prepared just right !! Have to go work another year to afford it again !!

Its interesting, the pastry around the the center cut loin. the pastry knife cuts the pastry right thru the meat, without flaking the pastry.
