So Anyway...

So, anyway, the brains sucking internet has some very funny Sesame Street memes.
Some are very politically incorrect or offensively racist to the "triggered" crowd.
Problem with them folks is they tie their shoelaces way too tight.

I will stick to the non ethnic purely violent ones:

I almost peed myself.
I have an appreciation for things a bit askew.

omfg I cant stop laughing.
EDIT: I dont find suicide funny, it is the IRONY of the depicted situation.
Kind of like Fahrenheit 451: the firemen come to burn your books.

So anyway, I was kicking this around a few months and finally ordered one of these battery amps, mainly for used gear transactions.
For demo / testing either buying or selling.
It is relevant now since I have 2 guitars listed locally and will be listing some cheapy pedals I tried.
They are just ok, or contribute nothing better than what I have.

But, put a 1/4" line out on one, with a switching jack that cuts the stock speaker when the line out plug is inserted.
Route that into a 10" Jensen speaker in a plywood cab and you have a recipe for rawk!

So anyway, I signed up for another Coursera free course.
I have not finished any of the 5 I started but will get back to the basic music theory one.

The Music of the Beatles | Coursera

I also ordered this book they recommend, used thrift shop $3.99 to my door.
Beatlesongs by William J. Dowlding 9780671682293 | eBay

Silly as it sounds I am really excited; I have not bought any books in a while.
Welding textbook, Dave Hunters Tube Amp Handbook about all in the last 6 or so years I think.

The honey pot-- yes those are fun in a box---I actually ran one into my BOSE sound doc--- was AWSOME!!!

So Anyway...Wav just dropped off two more guitars. And he saved me the trouble of buying and returning a PRS.

It took no time for me to figure out it's not for me. Feels really small and the neck seems really short. First time I
ever played one and I don't care for it at all.

Don't get me wrong Grant's PRS is a fine one, but it's just not my style...

PRS are kinda strange - they are obviously excellent guitars, an excellent company that makes the guitar world a better place, but they do divide opinion. Not in so much as they are bad (they're not) or aren't made well (they are), maybe it's the unusual scale length that folks either bond with or not, and the same with their neck profiles.

Presumably, you generally prefer Fenders, Sp8ctre? Going from a Gibson to a PRS, the PRS didn't feel small or short necked particularly.
