The eSGEe Holy Grail of Basses

lol
this one has -- well technically -- at least as many tonal options
tko1.jpg
as the tone and volume knobs serve multiple functions in coil tapping/blending the giant toaster pups-- and and the phase shift---

only thing it doesnt do is low impedence ;) ---and I allready have the T-40 :)

teats on a bull...

seems like varying the tread width on a bulldozer...
does it dig deeper if the treads are 24" wide, or 27" wide...
let's try it both ways...

although I do like to play subtle tones myself, I'm in a rather
rare situation, accompanying a finger picking acoustic player
who never plugs in, but insists on miking his instruments.

a guy who plays jazz might use some of this technology,
although the jazz guys I know are not too interested in technology,
but more into technique and expression. finger work.

but for the rest of us... just get in the pocket and keep the
whole band together. *grins

Don't fuss with all those little switches, you might drop a beat.

Q: "How late does yer band play, man?"

A: "Oh, just a couple beats behind the drummer..."

Both the bass and guitar versions are great. If I had the bucks I'd buy one of each and not flinch or think twice about it...
Sounds like me, Drum. I'd add a Rick bass, a Jazz bass, and a trio or so of Gib basses too. EB0-EB3, LES Paul bass, Ripper/Grabber.
When I think of what that would be like, it makes me think of Johan here who seems to be able to play any kind of guitar, bass, amp, speaker setup his heart desires.

Now you sound like me - lol...
At the moment I'm bass'less though.
Sooner or latter I'm hoping to run across one of the Gibson SG/eb satin/worn bass's for a deal I can't pass up.

I hear ya, drum. I had 4 basses at one time, Now I am down to 2 P's. I miss my P and J Schecter Model T as I have said many times, and I also had a pretty nice Squier Jazz 77.

I have always wanted to try a Ernie Ball Music Man bass too. I know the originals were super nice sounding basses.
