What would you say, we start mixing our "talent", or lack of if you want.

Some time ago, when I stopped playing in bands, I thought it'd be fun to shoot something, just a single track, and have someone else add their take on it. When I first thought of doing that, we were still on reel to reel tape. It never happened, to complicated. I haven't thought about it since then. But now with internet and ... this forum ... I think it could be done.

We could start with something simple and who knows, we might eventually get in the charts.

So if that short track below, sounds good enough to you to play the game, I could stretch it to a few minutes and leave you to torture it.

Wadda ya say ?

Well I might play ---if i can figure this recording into the computer thing out----

I love this idea!
I will try and figure out how to do this but need time
as my knowledge of computers is totally dark ages.

I aint got thge talent to put my playing in the open. A couple of years back I recorded the guitar intro to Metallica's "Nothing Else Matters", and put it on the other forum via Sound Cloud.
I was told it was good, fine etc, but I'm on the Autism spectrum, and am extremely critical of my own playing, and get very embarrassed having it "out there"...
So sorry, but I don't think I'll be joining in... But I'll be supporting whole heartedly those who do!

CLOSE YOUR ROBE Mate --- and it wont be OUT THERE---- Geesh.

PErhaps we shall create the SUCKINGtons........a group of crappy musicians making a joyous noise---- and breaking your skull if ya dont like it ;)

Wow - I just snapped my little E string as it was squealing like a little pig in distress - that terrorizing riff just popped into my head and burst out on my axe . . . and . . . I think that's the way it should be eh?

Time to grab another guitar while the mood is fresh and do it again
:)
